This tall, now three-year-old stallion comes from the direct damline of Contendro I and II and Caretano Z. Tomasz Olszewski from Poland has bred this Holsteiner performance blood from mare family 104A to Chacco-Blue son, Chacfly PS. This uncut diamond has been described as a “stallion with long lines and long legs and good basic gaits” by breeding director Stephan Haarhoff.
Chacfly Diamond should be a good choice for mares with a short, tight back, where he should also be suited to improve freedom of shoulder and movement.

Sire
Chacfly PS collected wins and placings at 1.45m level with Eiken Sato (JPN) and Laura Strehmel (GER), for example at Opglabbeek (BEL), Kronenberg (NED), and Riesenbeck (GER). He won a bronze medal at the Weser-Ems-Championships. Chacfly PS attracted attention already as a young stallion: in 2016, he scored the record mark 9.49 in his Adelheidsdorf stallion performance testing, receiving the highest possible mark 10 on six sub-criteria (ability, technique, and overall impression) and 9.5 on rideability. His sire, Chacco-Blue, chalked up numerous international placings, with the Aachen grand prix third place finish and the Neumünster grand prix victory particularly memorable. He is promoted by excellent offspring all across the globe, among them Olympic gold medallist, European individual silver and team bronze medallist and Global Champions Tour winner Explosion W (Ben Maher/GBR), Olympic horse Chanyon (Daisuke Fukushima/JPN), team European Champion Chaqui Z (Shane Sweetnam/IRL) and Chacon (Eoin McMahon/IRL), runner-up in the Nations Cup final. His dam Shentara’s half siblings include the licensed and internationally successful stallion Quickcento by Quicksilber and Nintara by Nintender, a mare with grand prix placings.
Damline
Chacfly Diamond’s dam line carries many representatives of success mare family 104A with exceptional merits at stud and in sport. Tomasz Olszewski purchased the dam, Lucia Diamond ML, as a foal from Olaf Rörden on the island of Föhr. Chacfly Diamond ML is her first licensed son. The Holsteiner fan from Poland had his eye on the mare for a good reason, as her dam O-Contendra is none other than the dam of Chaka Chaka by Casall, successfully shown by Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann through 1.55m level, same as of Chijioke by Casall (Chantal Huwiler/SUI). What’s more: Lucia Diamond‘s second dam has produced Jos Lansink’s licensed 1.60m jumper Caretano as well as the stallions Contendro I and II. Over decades, Contendro I has made a name for himself as an exceptional sire in all three Olympic disciplines and, following his death in 2024, he leaves an awesome legacy at stud with more than 115 licensed sons and 65 offspring boasting results at 1.60m level.
