In view of his way of jumping, his energetic push-off, and his ground-covering canter, this Clarimo son is a special highlight on the Holsteiner Verband stallion keeping GmbH roster.
An impressive athlete through and through, he is definitely a chip off the old block.
Crinch performs his first jumps under saddle with a powerfull push-off and athletic ambition. Very modern and with good basic gaits, he is easily ridden despite his ambitious work ethics. He should be bred to modern mares with a strong top-line.

Sire
Clarimo is without question one of the Holsteiner studbook’s most successful jumping horse sires of the last two decades. Himself victorious in jumping classes up to 1.60m level, he passes on his jumping ability, fighting spirit, and his way of jumping with tremendously powerful push-off to his offspring. For several years now, Clarimo has been in the top 30 of the World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses (WBFSH) jumping sire ranking.
Damline
Crinch is Europa K’s first Holsteiner-licensed son. One of her daughters, Lissabon K, has won several jumping classes up to 1.30m level and qualified for the five-year-old finale of the Warendorf national championships with top scores under the saddle of Sophie Hinners (GER).
The produce of Crinch’s second dam, Shamrock I, includes the stallion Crunch, who chalked up international 1.60m level placings with Rolf-Göran Bengtsson, as well as the highly successful sport horses Crunch K (1.50m), Dito (1.60m) and Zucceros (1.35m). Dito by Diarado was the most expensive lot of the 2014 Neumünster riding horse auction while Zucceros by Zuccero was sold through the 2019 elite riding horse auction and is now successfully shown at international level by his owner-rider Alonso Valdez Prado (PER). Another Shamrock daughter, Graziana (by Uriko), is dam to the licensed stallion Zuccarello and to Nightwish, the most expensive lot of the 2023 elite riding horse auction, knocked down at 125,000 euros.
The third dam Herzdame’s produce also includes a jumper with results up to 1.60m, Lake Tahoe.
The fourth dam, Verina by Caletto II, won the two-year-old class at the 1985 Holsteiner Verband elite mare show at Elmshorn. Bred by the Gempf family in Stelle-Wittenwurth and purchased by the Roskothen family of Satrup, she became the foundation mare of this thriving branch of mare family 776, now successfully bred by daughter Miriam Kühl in Broderstorf (Mecklenburg-West Pomerania). The dam line traces back to Paul Bahlmann’s successful Moorhufen breeding programme.
