From 24 to 26 October 2024, the Holsteiner Autumn Event will take place in Elmshorn, which will also include a saddle licensing. This year's young stallion licensing will be held in Elmshorn from 11 to 14 December. Registrations are now open for both licences (pre-selection).
The registration deadline for the saddle licensing is Thursday 26 September. Three- to five-year-old stallions registered with a WBFSH-recognised breeding association in accordance with Statute B 7.1 may be entered. The saddle licensing can only take place in conjunction with participation in the German Equestrian Federation's (FN) short dressage or sport test. Registration deadline for the pre-selection for the young stallion selection is Thursday, 19 September. The pre-selection will take place from 29 October to 1 November in Elmshorn. At least three members of the licensing commission will judge the stallions at the pre-selection and the licensing. Stallions must be convincing in the areas of conformation, movement and jumping in order to be approved. Further information on the young stallion licensing can be found here.
