Over the past two years, the Holsteiner Verband has undergone quite some reorganizing and changes also involving the Verband facility in Elmshorn.
With the marketing GmbH no longer running a sales stable of its own, three stable blocks – three separate units holding 16, 17, and 12 box stalls, respectively - have become vacant and are now available for lease.
The Elmshorn equestrian facility, located about 20 kilometres north of Hamburg, provides excellent training conditions beyond compare. In addition to three indoor riding schools, it offers three outdoor riding arenas, with two of these built just three years ago with a modern ebb and flow watering system. By offering numerous clinics and training courses as well as regular horses shows catering to professional and amateur show jumping and dressage riders the facility is steadily evolving into a popular venue. Moreover, a cooperation with the Elmshorn-based marketing and auction GmbH could be agreed upon, if desired, with possible options including for example auction horse training, professional after-sale-service or training courses. Naturally, not only horses can be housed, as there are appropriate housing accommodations for riders and grooms available for rent or lease as needed.
