As the penultimate breeding district in Schleswig-Holstein, Rendsburg-Eckernförde has selected its winning foals for the year 2025. At the championship, a daughter of Chezarro and a son of Charaktervoll emerged as the winners.
Hermann Hammerich from Osdorf is responsible for breeding the winning filly. She is a daughter of Chezarro and Colandro. This filly and the second-placed filly by Heat-Casall (Nelson Queißer, Westensee), line 1298, have qualified for the State Foal Championships on 24 August in Emlshorn.
In the colt category, the commission selected a Charactervoll son out of a Cassini II dam (Mattes Jaeger, Schacht-Audorf), line 8770, as the winner. The colt from ZG Beuck in Hohenhude, a son of Ermitage Kalone-Favoritas xx, line 3692, who placed second, will also represent his licensing district and breeders at the State Foal Championships.
