Two stallions from the Holsteiner Verband Hengsthaltungs GmbH stud are travelling to this year’s WBFSH World Championships for Young Show Jumpers in Lanaken, Belgium: Charaktervoll HV by Comme il faut–Contendro I (Manfred von Allwörden, Grönwohld), line 474A, and Union City by United Way–Connor (Alf Bartholomäus, Klein Offenseth), line 18A2, will compete under the saddle of Lucas Wenz.
A special appearance is on the programme for the nine-year-old Charaktervoll – he will be competing in the Sires of the World show jumping class. In this class, licensed stallions compete at an international level – a demanding arena and, at the same time, a special opportunity to demonstrate the quality and sporting potential of a young sire.
The second stallion in the Lanaken line-up is Union City. The six-year-old Holsteiner stallion will compete in the World Championships for Six-Year-Olds.
